We believe the global financial system is approaching an inflection point around how real-world assets are owned, managed and monetized. Real-world assets and private investments worth trillions of dollars remain trapped in illiquid, inaccessible markets — historically available only to large institutional investors.

We combine deep operating experience with disciplined capital allocation. We acquire and manage cash-flowing assets with attractive risk-adjusted returns in large, scalable markets with moderate-to-high complexity and durable demand — assets backed by tangible collateral and strong offtake counterparties, where our origination, structuring and management capabilities can create additional value over time.

As tokenization infrastructure and regulatory clarity develop, these assets can optionally be tokenized to expand distribution and liquidity.

To build a durable platform for owning and scaling cash-generating real-world assets, we've established four strategic pillars:

  • Origination: Proprietary origination pipelines and strategic co-investment partnerships across aerospace, AI infrastructure, and AI-powered consumer finance give us access to high-barrier deal flow most investors can't reach directly.
  • Ownership: Forum acquires and directly owns real-world assets, generating income from the moment of acquisition — independent of tokenization or market timing.
  • Access: As our portfolio scales, we aim to expand investor access to these assets, broadening participation in asset classes with historically limited access.
  • Optionality: Through our exclusive relationship with Liquidity.io — a FINRA-licensed broker/dealer, transfer agent, MPC custodian, and regulated securities exchange — we retain the infrastructure to tokenize and distribute these assets more broadly as the market and regulatory environment develop.

Forum is executing a clear strategy to own and operate cash-generating real-world assets at scale. We're focused on three core verticals:

  • Aerospace: Commercial aircraft engines under long-term lease, with room to grow the portfolio and lessee base over time
  • AI Infrastructure: AI compute ownership and GPU bridge financing, an area of significant near-term focus and growth
  • AI-Powered Consumer Finance: Auto loans and manufactured home loans, originated through AI-driven underwriting partnerships

The company’s business model encompasses four economic value engines:

  • Yield – Forum acquires and holds yield-generating assets on our balance sheet, earning income immediately upon acquisition — independent of any future tokenization
  • Origination Fees – Bringing real-world transactions to market, including future listings on regulated exchanges such as Liquidity.io
  • Asset Management Fees – Recurring revenue as our portfolio scales
  • Transaction Fees – Future secondary market activity, once tokenized distribution is live

As we scale our aerospace, AI infrastructure, and AI-powered consumer finance portfolios, Forum retains the infrastructure and regulatory relationships — including our position with Liquidity.io — to bring these assets to market as tokenized, digitally distributed products when the timing and market are right.

Where traditional assets become digital, and institutional-grade investments become accessible.
